Sentry has acquired Specto, a mobile profiling and analytics startup founded by ex-Facebook mobile engineers, to add continuous profiling and deeper mobile performance context to Sentry’s application monitoring platform. The Specto team (including co-founders Jernej Strasner and Indragie Karunaratne) will join Sentry as the company integrates Specto’s mobile-first profiling capabilities into its observability product suite.

Dynatrace Acquires Runecast

Dynatrace has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Runecast, an AI-powered security and compliance vendor, to extend Dynatrace’s cloud-native security, security posture management and compliance monitoring capabilities. The acquisition will embed Runecast’s automated security posture management into Dynatrace’s unified observability and security platform to improve real-time vulnerability assessment, threat detection and compliance for hybrid and multicloud environments.

Spectral Capital Acquires Quantomo OÜ to Bolster Quantum Search Capabilities

Spectral Capital Corporation (FCCN) has acquired Quantomo OÜ, a developer of quantum tomography and quantum-enhanced search algorithms, to accelerate its Quantum Bridge initiative and decentralized QaaS offerings. The deal (reported at approximately $7.9 million) brings Quantomo's quantum search technology into Spectral's stack to expand capabilities across search, healthcare, finance and energy verticals.

The deal is supported by a $75 million unitranche facility (including a $30 million last-out loan) and an equity co-investment led by o15 Capital Partners to refinance Monetate’s debt and fund the integration.
