The acquisition brings Data Center Frontier's audience and editorial team into Endeavor's Advanced Technology Group to expand its coverage and advertising reach in the data center and cloud infrastructure market.

FreshEdge Acquires Frontier Produce

FreshEdge, a Wind Point Partners-backed super-regional fresh food distributor, acquired Frontier Produce, a three-facility fresh produce distributor based in Oklahoma. The add-on expands FreshEdge's geographic footprint westward (complementing its KT Produce acquisition) and adds capacity to better serve restaurants, hotels, school systems and other foodservice customers across Oklahoma and southwest Missouri.

Evoqua Water Technologies Acquires Frontier Water Systems

Evoqua Water Technologies purchased the remaining equity of San Diego-based Frontier Water Systems, completing its acquisition after an initial majority investment in 2019. Frontier, a supplier of modular bioreactor engineered equipment for removal of selenium, nitrate and metals from industrial wastewater, will expand Evoqua’s advanced wastewater treatment capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

FiscalNote, a Washington, D.C.-based provider of policy and market intelligence technology, has acquired FrontierView (Frontier Strategy Group, LLC), a global market intelligence and advisory firm with a proprietary cloud-based SaaS platform. The acquisition expands FiscalNote’s international coverage and content capabilities, adds recurring subscription revenue, and creates cross-selling opportunities across both companies’ enterprise client bases.

Frontenac Company Acquires Newterra Group Ltd.

Frontenac Company has acquired Newterra Group Ltd., a global designer, engineer, manufacturer and servicer of modular water and wastewater treatment systems, from existing shareholders including XPV Water Partners and Angeleno Group. Financial terms were not disclosed; Newterra's CEO Tom Vossman and the executive team will remain in place and Jim McGivern will join the board as Frontenac supports the company's continued organic and inorganic growth.

The acquisition strengthens Ruder Finn’s RF Studio53 creative platform, expands its capability to deliver image-first, AI-enabled brand experiences globally, and will see Missouri Creative continue operating from its UK office with founders Paul Brennan and Stuart Wood leading the team.
