EVERSANA has acquired Healthware Group, a Salerno-headquartered full-service healthcare agency and innovation consultancy, expanding EVERSANA's European operations and integrating Healthware into its EVERSANA INTOUCH global agency network. Healthware (150+ employees) will bring marketing, medical communications, digital innovation, and media assets — including the Frontiers Health conference and pharmaphorum — into EVERSANA; Roberto Ascione joins EVERSANA's global leadership.
