Concentra Acquires Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy

Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. (Concentra) has closed the acquisition of Pivot Onsite Innovations from Athletico Physical Therapy for an enterprise purchase price of $55 million (subject to adjustment). The deal expands Concentra’s onsite health business, doubling the size of its Concentra Onsite Health operating segment and adding Pivot’s network of over 200 employer‑site clinics across more than 40 states.

The Nova deal closed March 1, 2025 and expands Concentra’s network of occupational health centers, while the Pivot Onsite Innovations acquisition (expected Q2 2025) will materially grow Concentra’s onsite health clinic footprint across employer sites.

Athletico Physical Therapy Acquires Pivot Health Solutions
