Concentra has acquired the assets of Taylor Made Diagnostics, including two medical centers in Chesapeake and Newport News, Virginia, and a mobile unit; the locations will be rebranded as Concentra Chesapeake and Concentra Newport News. The deal expands Concentra’s occupational medicine footprint into the Hampton Roads market and brings Taylor Made’s mobile and safety management services into Concentra’s network.

(Concentra) completed the acquisition of Nova Medical Centers for $265 million and signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pivot Onsite Innovations (Onsite Innovations) for $55 million. The Nova deal closed March 1, 2025 and expands Concentra’s network of occupational health centers, while the Pivot Onsite Innovations acquisition (expected Q2 2025) will materially grow Concentra’s onsite health clinic footprint across employer sites.
