Hg Acquires Trackunit from Goldman Sachs and GRO Capital

Hg has agreed to acquire a controlling interest in Trackunit from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and GRO Capital. Trackunit is a SaaS-based telematics and IoT provider for the construction and off‑highway equipment market; Hg's investment is intended to accelerate the company's international expansion and product development. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

GPS Trackit, the Inverness Graham-backed fleet telematics and video company, has acquired Zonar Systems from Continental.
