Stage Fund Acquires Cymmetria

Private equity turnaround and growth firm Stage Fund has acquired Cymmetria, a cyber deception software provider with offices in Tel Aviv and Denver. Stage Fund appointed Daniel Frydenlund as chairman of Cymmetria’s board and plans to boost R&D in Tel Aviv while expanding sales and marketing from a new Denver headquarters to accelerate growth in the cyber deception market.
