Babble Acquires Halo Communications Ltd and Digital Communication Systems Ltd

Babble, a Graphite Capital-backed provider of cloud communications, has acquired Halo Communications Ltd (Kilmarnock) and Digital Communication Systems Ltd (Newcastle) as part of its UK buy-and-build strategy. The add-on deals expand Babble's presence in Scotland and the North-East and strengthen its UCaaS, CCaaS, cyber and managed network capabilities for SME customers nationwide.
