The add-on expands JPE's catalogue of proprietary PMA parts and engineering capabilities to better serve commercial and cargo airlines and MRO customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction — the first strategic add-on for Jet Parts since partnering with Vance Street — expands the platform’s PMA catalogue (APM brings over 250 PMAs) to a combined offering of more than 1,300 PMAs; terms were not disclosed and debt financing was provided by Neuberger Berman.

The transaction expands TransDigm’s presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket by adding engineered PMA/OEM-alternative parts, repair capabilities and distribution for commercial, regional, cargo, and business aviation customers.
