Epolin, a division of Chroma Color Corporation (an Arsenal Capital Partners portfolio company), has acquired Adam Gates & Company LLC, a manufacturer of near-infrared (NIR) and laser-absorbing dyes. The deal expands Epolin's NIR dye portfolio, adds supply forms and synthesis capabilities, and supports the platform's global growth in optical, security and other technical end markets.

Chroma Color Corporation Acquires Plastics Color Corporation
