Quikserv, a Houston-based portfolio company of River Associates Investments, has acquired United States Bullet Proofing, a Maryland-based manufacturer of ballistic, blast and forced-entry resistant doors, windows and wall systems. The add-on expands Quikserv's product breadth and high-security capabilities, enabling the combined businesses to leverage shared manufacturing, distribution and innovation to better serve government, military and institutional end markets.

Victor Capital Partners Acquires Specialty Fenestration Group

Victor Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Specialty Fenestration Group, a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of transaction and high-security window and door solutions (including the Quikserv and U.S. Bullet Proofing brands). The investment — financed in part by Sound Point Capital Management and Fidelity Direct Lending — is intended to support product innovation, market expansion and scaling of the platform; River Associates completed the sale to Victor Capital.

SOLV Holdings Acquires Majority Position in QuikCut, Inc.

SOLV Holdings, an affiliate of Ambassador Enterprises, acquired a majority position in QuikCut, an advanced metal fabricator and contract manufacturer based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. QuikCut owners Mark Webb and Carey Sipe will remain in day-to-day roles while SOLV and Ambassador Enterprises provide capital and strategic support to drive growth and synergies with their other industrial holdings.

Renovus Capital Partners Acquires QualX Corporation

Jones Fish Acquires Aqua Services

The deal, supported by Jones Fish's partner Fort Point Capital, expands Jones Fish's service offering and footprint in the Southeastern United States.
