Iconex, a leading provider of paper receipt and label solutions, acquired Liberty Greenleaf, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of point-of-sale (POS) and industrial packaging paper products. Elm Creek Partners, the private equity owner, exited the business in the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Iconex's paper receipt manufacturing footprint, supply security and product range across the U.S. and internationally.

Elm Creek Partners Acquires Liberty Paper Products

Dallas-based private equity firm Elm Creek Partners, with majority equity provided by Henrikson & Graul Capital Partners (HGCP), has acquired Liberty Paper Products, a Phoenix-based specialty converter and distributor of thermal paper. Founder and CEO Mike Rapier remains in his role and rolled a portion of his proceeds into the new ownership; lenders on the transaction included Marquette Business Credit and subordinated debt from Medallion Capital.

Leonard Green Acquires NEFCO from Bertram Capital

Leonard Green & Partners has completed the acquisition of NEFCO Holding Company LLC from Bertram Capital. NEFCO is a Hartford, Connecticut-based value-added distributor of SHARP products, tools, safety items and jobsite consumables with more than 70 U.S. locations; terms were not disclosed.

Tekni-Plex Acquires Assets and Technologies of Fibro Corporation

Tekni-Plex has acquired the assets and licensed technologies of Fibro Corporation, a Tacoma, Washington-based molded-fiber packaging developer, and folded the resources into its Dolco Packaging business. The acquisition expands Tekni-Plex's pulp-based and sustainable packaging capabilities for fresh food applications, enabling broader product offerings beyond egg cartons and meat trays.

Imperial Dade Acquires Columbus Paper Company (COPACO)

Imperial Dade has acquired Columbus Paper Company, Inc. ("COPACO"), a family-owned distributor of industrial, foodservice and janitorial supplies operating throughout Georgia and Alabama. Financial terms were not disclosed; COPACO — founded in 1933 and managed by Michael and Steven Greenblatt — will be integrated into Imperial Dade’s national distribution platform to expand scale and product offering in the southern U.S.

HBM Holdings Acquires HarperLove from Graycliff Partners
