Iconex Acquires Liberty Greenleaf

Iconex, a leading provider of paper receipt and label solutions, acquired Liberty Greenleaf, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of point-of-sale (POS) and industrial packaging paper products. Elm Creek Partners, the private equity owner, exited the business in the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Iconex's paper receipt manufacturing footprint, supply security and product range across the U.S. and internationally.

Iconex Acquires Graphic Controls' Point-of-Sale Rolls Division

Iconex has acquired the Point-of-Sale Rolls division from Graphic Controls Transactional Media (a subsidiary of Nissha Co. Ltd.), purchasing the division's equipment and customer base. No employees were included in the transaction; equipment will be moved to Iconex's Morristown, Tennessee facility as Iconex expands its legacy paper receipts and POS product offerings across retail, banking, kiosk, law enforcement and entertainment end markets.

Flexo's products will be sold under the Novolex Duro Bag brand and the acquisition adds production capacity to support rising demand from foodservice and grocery customers; eligible full‑time Flexo employees will join Novolex.
