Iconex Acquires Liberty Greenleaf

Iconex, a leading provider of paper receipt and label solutions, acquired Liberty Greenleaf, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of point-of-sale (POS) and industrial packaging paper products. Elm Creek Partners, the private equity owner, exited the business in the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Iconex's paper receipt manufacturing footprint, supply security and product range across the U.S. and internationally.

M2S Group Acquires Iconex Labels Business

M2S Group, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, has acquired the label solutions business (Iconex Labels) from Iconex, an Atlas Holdings portfolio company. The add-on expands M2S Group's portfolio of high-performance variable print and eco-friendly label solutions and brings Iconex Labels' customers and coworkers into the M2S platform; terms were not disclosed.

Iconex Acquires MAX International, MAXStick Products and Key Assets from McAuliffe Paper

Iconex acquired MAX International Converters, Inc., MAXStick Products Ltd. and key assets from McAuliffe Paper Inc., expanding its liner-free and high-performance label product portfolio. The deals (financial terms undisclosed) add MAXStick technology and McAuliffe's coating assets to Iconex's global label and receipt solutions platform to better serve retail, food service, warehousing and pharmaceutical customers.

Graphic Village Acquires OneTouchPoint Cincinnati Operations

Graphic Village purchased the Cincinnati operations of OneTouchPoint on December 30, 2021, acquiring personnel, equipment and the local customer base in a divestiture by OneTouchPoint. The deal will transition the Cincinnati facility's operations to Graphic Village’s Blue Ash, Ohio site and expands Graphic Village’s print, marketing and mailing capabilities in the Cincinnati region.

Novolex Acquires Flexo Converters USA, Inc.

Novolex, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, has acquired Flexo Converters USA, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of stock, custom and recycled paper bags and sacks headquartered in Meriden, Connecticut, with an additional plant in Monroe, Georgia. Flexo's products will be sold under the Novolex Duro Bag brand and the acquisition adds production capacity to support rising demand from foodservice and grocery customers; eligible full‑time Flexo employees will join Novolex.

DecisionPoint Technologies has acquired Imprint Enterprises, a family-owned provider of custom barcode labels, ribbons, and related consumables, to expand its consumables portfolio and Midwest operations. The acquisition strengthens DecisionPoint's barcode, RFID and printing capabilities and adds locations in Chicago/Aurora and Minneapolis to support customers in retail, supply chain, manufacturing and healthcare across North America.
