Iconex Acquires MAX International, MAXStick Products and Key Assets from McAuliffe Paper

Iconex acquired MAX International Converters, Inc., MAXStick Products Ltd. and key assets from McAuliffe Paper Inc., expanding its liner-free and high-performance label product portfolio. The deals (financial terms undisclosed) add MAXStick technology and McAuliffe's coating assets to Iconex's global label and receipt solutions platform to better serve retail, food service, warehousing and pharmaceutical customers.

Iconex Acquires Liberty Greenleaf

Iconex, a leading provider of paper receipt and label solutions, acquired Liberty Greenleaf, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of point-of-sale (POS) and industrial packaging paper products. Elm Creek Partners, the private equity owner, exited the business in the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Iconex's paper receipt manufacturing footprint, supply security and product range across the U.S. and internationally.

Iconex Acquires Graphic Controls' Point-of-Sale Rolls Division

Iconex has acquired the Point-of-Sale Rolls division from Graphic Controls Transactional Media (a subsidiary of Nissha Co. Ltd.), purchasing the division's equipment and customer base. No employees were included in the transaction; equipment will be moved to Iconex's Morristown, Tennessee facility as Iconex expands its legacy paper receipts and POS product offerings across retail, banking, kiosk, law enforcement and entertainment end markets.

LUX Global Label Acquires Labelworx

LUX Global Label, a Resilience Capital Partners-backed label manufacturer, has acquired Labelworx, a Levittown, Pennsylvania-based digital label and packaging specialist. The add-on expands LUX Global Label's digital printing capabilities (including pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging), diversifies its end markets and adds a U.S. production facility to its portfolio.

Sentinel Capital Partners Recapitalizes Online Labels Group from Tenex Capital Management

Sentinel Capital Partners completed a recapitalization of Online Labels Group, acquiring the label converter and flexible packaging business from Tenex Capital Management. Online Labels Group — which operates five U.S. manufacturing facilities and is headquartered in Sanford, Florida — provides pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging to a wide range of SMB and enterprise customers; the transaction supports a sponsor-to-sponsor transition and continued growth initiatives.

Resource Label Group Acquires QSX Labels

Resource Label Group, a Franklin, Tennessee-based label and packaging platform (portfolio company of Ares Management), has acquired Everett, Massachusetts-based QSX Labels. The add-on purchase expands Resource Label Group’s regional footprint in New England and adds QSX’s flexographic, digital and specialty durable-label capabilities to its network.
