Multi-Color Corporation Acquires LUX Global Label

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) acquired LUX Global Label, a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and security labels headquartered in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. The acquisition, which closed December 9, 2022, adds LUX’s ~200 employees and production sites in Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico to MCC’s Home and Personal Care business to deepen capabilities in personal care and pharmaceutical end-markets.

Resource Label Group Acquires QSX Labels

The add-on purchase (expected to close in Q2 2022) expands All4Labels' Latin American footprint and product offering across labels, sleeves and digital/RFID solutions.
