Staci Group Acquires Amware Fulfillment from Rotunda Capital Partners

Staci Group has acquired Amware Fulfillment LLC from Rotunda Capital Partners, combining Amware's 15 U.S. fulfillment facilities and tech-enabled services with Staci's global network to create a stronger North America–Europe multichannel fulfillment platform. Rotunda, the seller and Amware's prior majority investor, highlighted Amware's growth to nearly $200 million in revenue and a nationwide network spanning more than 2 million square feet.

Stord Acquires Shipwire From CEVA Logistics

Stord has closed its acquisition of Shipwire, a CEVA Logistics subsidiary, in a deal that adds 12 fulfillment locations, expands Stord's presence in the EU and U.K., and brings Shipwire's technology and AI-enabled capabilities into Stord's ecosystem. The transaction (closed Jan. 1) is intended to deepen Stord's software capabilities, accelerate AI initiatives, and strengthen access to CEVA's global logistics network; financial terms were not disclosed.
