UniFocus, a workforce management software platform backed by The Riverside Company, has acquired Knowcross, a New Delhi–based provider of task management and operations optimization software for the hospitality industry. The add-on expands UniFocus's platform capabilities to combine labor management, scheduling and task/operations management into a single SaaS ecosystem and will be supported by Riverside's capital to accelerate growth and cross-selling.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
