Convenient Brands, a Draper, Utah-based platform of auto industry software and payments businesses and majority-owned by The Beekman Group, has acquired Web-Est, LLC, a provider of collision estimating software for independent auto body shops. The acquisition is an add-on to Convenient Brands' product suite to expand estimating capabilities and offer a more complete software and payments package to repair shops.
