BradyPLUS has acquired The EcoIndustrial Family of Companies (which includes Keystone Packaging, Northeast Penn Supplies and Northeast Industrial) to expand its distribution footprint in Northeastern Pennsylvania; terms were not disclosed. The transaction brings the EcoIndustrial leadership team (Sean McCormack and Dan Frascella) into the BradyPLUS organization and is intended to scale BradyPLUS’s presence and service capabilities across Pennsylvania.

Capital portfolio company, has completed add-on acquisitions of Atlapac Corporation (Columbus, Ohio) and the Inno-lok division of Polymer Packaging (Massillon, Ohio). The deals expand Dazpak's flexible packaging footprint into the Midwest, broaden its product offering (including INNO-LOK reclosable pouches), and increase the combined company's customer reach across food & beverage, homecare and healthcare end markets.

ProAmpac Acquires IG Industries PLC and Brayford Plastics Ltd

ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging company owned by Pritzker Private Capital, acquired UK-based IG Industries PLC and Brayford Plastics Ltd to expand its recyclable flexible packaging manufacturing capabilities and geographic reach across the United Kingdom and Europe. Terms were not disclosed; both businesses will adopt the ProAmpac brand and maintain operations at their U.K. manufacturing facilities.
