Inno-Pak LLC, a portfolio company of Emerald Lake Capital Management, has acquired Albany Packaging Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of folding paperboard cartons. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Inno-Pak's North American manufacturing footprint and paperboard capacity, strengthening its capabilities in foodservice, grocery and convenience-store packaging.

Capital portfolio company, acquired Techflex Packaging, a Gardena, California pouch converter, and integrated Techflex (and Chromatic Label) into a newly rebranded platform called DazPak Flexible Packaging. The transaction expands the combined company's flexible packaging capabilities on the U.S. West Coast and broadens its product offering for food, medical, pet food and nutraceutical customers across North America.
