Apax Partners (via Erling Bidco AS) Agrees Recommended Cash Offer to Acquire EcoOnline Holding AS

Funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, through an acquisition vehicle Erling Bidco AS, launched a recommended cash tender offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of EcoOnline Holding AS. Summa Equity Fund II signed a pre-acceptance undertaking to sell its shares; the transaction (announced in June 2022) is subject to customary completion conditions and regulatory approvals and will take the EHS SaaS provider private to support further growth and international expansion.

The deal expands ALL4’s technical capabilities and digital offerings (including Capaccio’s EHS-Dashboard SaaS) and extends ALL4’s footprint into new industrial end markets such as biopharma, medtech, and semiconductor/electronics.
