ASSA ABLOY has acquired TeleAlarm Group, a Leipzig-based provider of remote care hardware and software for the senior care and home care market. TeleAlarm—founded in 1956 with roughly 70 employees and sales of about EUR 29m in 2024—will join ASSA ABLOY's Global Solutions Senior Care business; the seller was Primepulse SE and the acquisition is expected to be accretive to EPS from day one.

ASSA ABLOY Group has agreed to acquire Amecor, a South African designer, manufacturer and distributor of security communication equipment, from Carlyle (via its Carlyle Sub‑Saharan Africa Fund). Financial terms were not disclosed. Amecor is headquartered in Johannesburg (Gauteng), has approximately 120 employees, and has shifted toward network services—with over 600,000 monthly subscribers and recurring revenue representing more than 70% of sales.
