Hospitality technology platform HotelRunner has acquired B2B travel marketplace Bookingate for an undisclosed sum. The deal expands HotelRunner’s distribution capabilities—adding hotel inventory, third-party services and dynamic packaging to its platform to better serve travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs.

TravelPerk Acquires AmTrav to Accelerate U.S. Expansion
