The acquisition expands Emburse's travel capabilities—adding flight and hotel rebooking, analytics and contract-auditing functionality—to help customers better control travel spend and improve policy compliance.

Tambourine Acquires ReservHotel

Tambourine, a hotel marketing technology firm based in Fort Lauderdale, acquired ReservHotel (now "Reserv by Tambourine"), a reservations engine and booking-platform provider that serves the Caribbean and Latin America. The deal (closed August 2024) integrates ReservHotel’s booking engine, hotel+flight packaging and reservations call-center capabilities into Tambourine’s suite; ReservHotel’s Cancún offices and CEO Luis Barberi (now Director of Reservation Systems) join Tambourine’s operations.
