The acquisition integrates Roadmap’s configurable, branded mobile travel platform into Emburse’s suite to improve traveler UX, policy compliance and travel data insights; terms were not disclosed.

The deal is supported by a new $135 million credit facility led by Blackstone Credit & Insurance and Blue Owl Credit, alongside TravelPerk’s recent equity funding, to drive further organic and inorganic growth.
