Emburse Acquires TRIPBAM

Emburse, a travel and expense (T&E) management software provider, has acquired TRIPBAM, a provider of always-on travel reshopping and auditing technology that tracks corporate travel bookings and automatically rebooks to lower fares. The acquisition expands Emburse's travel capabilities—adding flight and hotel rebooking, analytics and contract-auditing functionality—to help customers better control travel spend and improve policy compliance.

Transit Technologies Acquires TripShot

TravelPerk Acquires AmTrav to Accelerate U.S. Expansion

TravelPerk, the hyper-growth SaaS business travel platform, has acquired Chicago-based AmTrav to deepen its U.S. presence and double its U.S. revenue. The deal is supported by a new $135 million credit facility led by Blackstone Credit & Insurance and Blue Owl Credit, alongside TravelPerk’s recent equity funding, to drive further organic and inorganic growth.

Intrepid Travel Acquires Dutch Tour Operator Sawadee Reizen from Travelopia

Melbourne-based Intrepid Travel has acquired Amsterdam-based Sawadee Reizen from Travelopia. The deal — Intrepid's largest to date — adds about 20,000 customers, roughly AUS $100 million (US $62 million) of revenue and increases EBITDA by about €3 million, helping Intrepid expand into non-English speaking European markets, particularly the Netherlands.
