APCO Holdings, owner of the EasyCare, GWC Warranty and MemberCare brands, has acquired Strategic Diversified, a West Chester, Pennsylvania-based provider of finance & insurance (F&I) development services for automotive dealers. The acquisition expands APCO's presence in the Mid-Atlantic, adds a recognized F&I development team, and brings additional digital retailing capabilities and resources to support dealer customers.

APCO Holdings Acquires National Auto Care from Lovell Minnick Partners

APCO Holdings, LLC has acquired National Auto Care (NAC) from Lovell Minnick Partners, combining two leading Finance & Insurance (F&I) administrators to create a nationwide F&I platform. The deal was financed substantially by an equity injection from majority shareholder Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board alongside third-party debt; Tony Wanderon, former CEO of NAC, becomes CEO of APCO after the transaction.

Apax Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ADCO Group

Funds advised by Apax Partners have agreed to acquire a majority stake in ADCO Group, the global market leader in mobile sanitary units (TOI TOI and DIXI brands). The existing shareholders will retain a significant stake; Apax plans to support ADCO's international expansion, product and service strengthening, and digitalisation initiatives. The transaction was announced August 5, 2019 and expected to close in Q4 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.

Aftermarket Performance Group Acquires Truck Tech, LLC

Aftermarket Performance Group (APG) acquired Truck Tech, LLC from co-owners Royal Coburn and Eric Evans on August 16, 2019. The Salt Lake City business adds same-day and first-open-of-business next-day shipping capability and a dealership sales channel to APG's aftermarket distribution and will operate out of APG's Salt Lake City location; co-owner Royal Coburn joined APG to lead expedited shipping and dealership initiatives.

AAR CORP. Acquires American Distributors (ADI)

AAR CORP. acquired American Distributors Holding Co., LLC (ADI) for $146 million in an all-cash transaction funded via AAR's existing revolving credit facility. ADI, a distributor of high-performance electronic components and provider of supply chain and manufacturing services headquartered in Randolph, New Jersey with ~400 employees and six locations across the US, UK, and India, will join AAR's Parts Supply segment to expand new parts distribution, OEM relationships, and drive margin improvement.
