Apax Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ADCO Group

Funds advised by Apax Partners have agreed to acquire a majority stake in ADCO Group, the global market leader in mobile sanitary units (TOI TOI and DIXI brands). The existing shareholders will retain a significant stake; Apax plans to support ADCO's international expansion, product and service strengthening, and digitalisation initiatives. The transaction was announced August 5, 2019 and expected to close in Q4 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.
