Platinum Equity Acquires United Site Services

Platinum Equity has signed a definitive agreement to acquire United Site Services (USS), a Westborough, Massachusetts-based provider of portable restrooms, temporary fence and related site services. USS operates a network of more than 80 locations across the United States; financial terms were not disclosed and the seller was Calera Capital.

Pit Stop will retain its brand and management (with Rob Mitchell continuing to lead Western Canada operations) while leveraging Total Sanitation Services' scale and Trivest's capital to expand footprint and pursue additional add-on acquisitions.

R&R Sanitation (Greenleaf Capital Partners) Acquires Outdoor Restrooms, Inc.

R&R Sanitation, a Greenleaf Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Outdoor Restrooms, Inc. (ORI), a portable restroom provider headquartered in Raytown, Missouri. The add-on expands R&R Sanitation’s service area in the greater Kansas City market and brings ORI’s portable restroom, VIP trailer and sanitation-station capabilities into the R&R platform; terms were not disclosed.
