ProSite Services, a portable sanitation platform backed by RF Investment Partners, has completed three add-on acquisitions — Texas Throne, A&B Portable Toilets, and Parks Portable Toilets — expanding the platform into Texas and strengthening density across the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic. The transactions are part of ProSite's buy-and-build strategy to scale its portable sanitation and site-services footprint nationwide.

LRS Acquires Portable Restroom Line from The Country Plumber

R&R Sanitation (Greenleaf Capital Partners) Acquires Outdoor Restrooms, Inc.

R&R Sanitation, a Greenleaf Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Outdoor Restrooms, Inc. (ORI), a portable restroom provider headquartered in Raytown, Missouri. The add-on expands R&R Sanitation’s service area in the greater Kansas City market and brings ORI’s portable restroom, VIP trailer and sanitation-station capabilities into the R&R platform; terms were not disclosed.
