Beech Tree will back strategic M&A in core markets and has taken board representation while Performanta has appointed new CRO and CFO as part of the transaction.

Accenture has acquired IAMConcepts, a Toronto-based identity and access management (IAM) services firm, to strengthen its cybersecurity and IAM capabilities in Canada. The acquisition brings specialized IAM talent and expands Accenture's ability to deliver IAM solutions across critical infrastructure industries such as financial services, utilities, mining and transportation; terms were not disclosed.

KPMG Acquires Identity and Access Management Business of Cyberinc
