Enjet Aero, headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, has acquired Spartan Aerospace of Manchester, Connecticut, adding a 70,000 sq. ft. facility and 80+ employees to expand production capabilities and its greater Hartford presence. The acquisition enhances Enjet's capabilities in machined aeroengine components, sheet metal fabrication, and assemblies to better serve commercial and defense aerospace OEMs and MRO customers.

Honeywell Acquires Smart Energy Platforms from SparkMeter

Honeywell Acquires CAES Systems Holdings from Advent International for $1.9B

Honeywell has agreed to acquire CAES Systems Holdings LLC from private equity firm Advent International in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion. The acquisition adds about 2,200 employees and RF engineering and manufacturing capabilities to Honeywell's defense and aerospace portfolio, expanding its RF, radar and sensing offerings across land, sea, air and space.

Honeywell Acquires SCADAfence

Honeywell has agreed to acquire SCADAfence, an Israel-based provider of operational-technology (OT) and IoT cybersecurity solutions, to expand its Honeywell Forge Cybersecurity+ suite. The deal will integrate SCADAfence's asset-discovery, threat-detection and governance capabilities into Honeywell's OT cybersecurity offerings and is expected to close in the second half of 2023, subject to customary approvals.

United Fintech has acquired a 25% stake in US-founded Athena Systems as the first step in a multi-stage buy-up that will see United Fintech acquire an additional 26% in two years and the remaining 49% in three years. The deal brings Athena's Portfolio Order Management System (Athena Spark) onto United Fintech's platform to scale globally and expand the group's asset-management product offering for banks, asset managers and hedge funds.
