Enjet Aero Acquires Integral Industries, Inc.

Enjet Aero has acquired Integral Industries, Inc., a Newington, Connecticut-based manufacturer of components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft engines. The deal expands Enjet Aero’s North American manufacturing footprint to nine locations and increases its capacity and presence on premier engine platforms; Integral’s owner Ed Mascolo will continue as president of the Newington operation.

Enjet Aero Acquires Birken Manufacturing

Enjet Aero, a Kansas City-based engine component manufacturer, has acquired Birken Manufacturing of Bloomfield, Connecticut, expanding Enjet's machining, sheet metal and testing capabilities for aeroengine customers. Birken's leadership will remain in place and the facility will be renamed Enjet Aero Bloomfield to integrate into Enjet's network and add capacity for OEM engine programs.

Enjet Aero Acquires Enginetics Business from Standex International

Kansas City-based Enjet Aero has acquired Enginetics, a Dayton, Ohio precision components manufacturer, from Standex International Corporation. The acquisition adds Enginetics' metal forming, brazing, heat-treating and laser-drilling capabilities to Enjet's portfolio, expanding its engine-component manufacturing capabilities and customer reach in commercial and military aerospace.

Jet Parts Engineering Acquires AeroSpares

Jet Parts Engineering LLC, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, has acquired AeroSpares, Inc., a designer and seller of proprietary FAA-approved aftermarket PMA parts, particularly pressure switches. The add-on expands JPE's catalogue of proprietary PMA parts and engineering capabilities to better serve commercial and cargo airlines and MRO customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

StandardAero Acquires Aero Turbine Inc.

StandardAero has acquired Aero Turbine, Inc., a Stockton, California-based provider of military engine and accessories MRO services, from Gallant Capital Partners. The acquisition strengthens StandardAero's military engine and component repair capabilities and adds a fully integrated 60,000+ sq. ft. Stockton facility and nearly 200 technicians to its network.

Honeywell Acquires Sparta Systems for $1.3 Billion

Honeywell has agreed to acquire Sparta Systems from New Mountain Capital for $1.3 billion in an all-cash transaction. Sparta Systems is a provider of enterprise quality management software (QMS) and a next-generation SaaS platform for the life sciences industry; Honeywell will integrate Sparta into Honeywell Forge to expand its life sciences and software capabilities.
