(IBP) acquired Echols Glass & Mirror, Inc., a Buford, Georgia-based glass design, fabrication and retail installation business, and Vanderkoy Bros, LLC, a Wausau, Wisconsin-based drywall and metal stud framing contractor. The two tuck-ins add over $16 million of annual revenue and expand IBP's geographic presence and complementary product offerings across residential and commercial end markets.
