(NYSE: IBP) acquired Denison Glass & Mirror, Inc. and affiliated DGM Glass, LLC, expanding its commercial glazing and residential shower door/window capabilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. IBP also acquired Mr. Insulation Co., Inc., a Hermiston, Oregon-based installer of insulation, gutters, windows and siding, increasing the company's presence in Oregon and Washington.
