Elaghmore Acquires Blaze Signs (joins Hexcite Group)

UK private equity firm Elaghmore has acquired Blaze Signs Holdings Ltd (including trading subsidiaries Blaze Signs Ltd and Cygnia Maintenance Ltd) from fellow PE firm Mobeus. Blaze — a Broadstairs-headquartered sign design, manufacture, installation and maintenance business with c.250 employees and ~£25m revenue in 2019 — will join Elaghmore's Hexcite Group as a bolt-on to expand the Group's signage, display and maintenance capabilities and cross-sell into its retailer and brand-owner customer base.
