LightBay Capital and Freeman Spogli & Co., together with management, have acquired FASTSIGNS International, Inc., the leading signage and visual graphics franchisor headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. The investors intend to support FASTSIGNS' next phase of growth and expand its footprint across domestic and international markets; Ares Capital provided senior debt financing and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners completed the sale.
