Team17 has acquired The Label, a San Francisco-based indie mobile subscription games publisher, for an initial consideration of $24.0 million with up to $16.0 million of earn-out consideration (total consideration up to $40.0 million) paid in cash and shares. The deal expands Team17's capabilities and market reach into the high-growth mobile subscription gaming segment and will integrate The Label into Team17's Games Label.
