Lingo Management, a PE-backed global Cloud/UC and managed services provider, has completed its acquisition of BullsEye Telecom Inc., expanding Lingo’s scale, customer base and product offerings. The combined company — controlled by B. Riley Principal Investments — will operate with expanded operations in Michigan and Georgia and together report over $200 million in annual revenue and roughly 130,000 customers.

Bullhorn Acquires Erecruit

Bullhorn, the Boston-based staffing software provider, has acquired Erecruit, an end-to-end applicant tracking and pay-and-bill software vendor serving staffing and recruitment firms. The acquisition is intended to expand Bullhorn One's capabilities — particularly pay & bill, onboarding, and mobile candidate experience — and accelerate digital transformation for staffing customers. Terms were not disclosed.

Brouse McDowell Acquires Ekker, Kuster, McCall and Epstein

Brouse McDowell announced that the lawyers of Ekker, Kuster, McCall and Epstein (EKME) will join Brouse McDowell effective January 1, 2023, adding eight attorneys and expanding the combined firm to nearly 90 attorneys across six offices. The combination expands Brouse McDowell's geographic footprint into western Pennsylvania and broadens its capabilities across practice areas including corporate transactions, commercial litigation, estate planning, and cybersecurity.

Emerald Holding Acquires Bulletin Inc.

(NYSE: EEX), owner and organizer of NY NOW, has acquired Bulletin Inc., a New York–based wholesale digital marketplace connecting over 3,000 independent brands with more than 26,000 retailers. The acquisition will integrate Bulletin's digital marketplace and community with NY NOW's in-person events to create a year-round discovery and commerce platform; Bulletin's employees and co‑founders will join Emerald in leadership roles.

Quarterhill Inc. Acquires Electronic Transaction Consultants (ETC)

Quarterhill Inc. completed the acquisition of 100% of Electronic Transaction Consultants, LLC (ETC), a Richardson, Texas-based intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and tolling provider, for C$150.0 million funded with C$75.0 million cash and C$75.0 million of syndicated debt. The deal gives Quarterhill a leading position in the U.S. tolling market, and Quarterhill expects ETC to generate C$95–120 million of annualized revenue (post-synergies) and C$12.5–15.0 million of Adjusted EBITDA within 12–18 months.
