UPSTACK, a cloud and internet infrastructure sourcing platform backed by Berkshire Partners, has acquired Colorado-based network and IT consulting firm idea! Communications Group. Co-founders David Garrick and Frank Ferdowsian will join UPSTACK as partners and managing directors as part of the deal; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is intended to accelerate UPSTACK's platform growth and expand its network, cloud and IT advisory capabilities.
