The Vertex Companies, a Wind Point Partners-backed multidisciplinary engineering and consulting platform, has acquired Neptune Fire Protection Engineering, a Jacksonville Beach, Florida-based fire protection engineering and life safety consultancy. The deal expands Vertex’s southeastern footprint and augments its technical capabilities in fire protection, forensics, and owner’s representation services as an add-on to the Vertex platform.
