Beacon Pointe Advisors has acquired Artemis Financial Advisors (Boston, MA) and WhiteRock Wealth Management (Dallas, TX), adding roughly $613 million in assets under management and expanding its presence in the Boston and Dallas–Fort Worth markets. The two deals closed on November 30 and December 15, 2024, respectively; financial terms were not disclosed.

ARETUM Acquires Artemis Consulting

ARETUM, a Renovus Capital Partners-backed government contracting platform based in Bethesda, Maryland, has acquired Artemis Consulting, Inc., a McLean, Virginia-based prime contractor that provides IT and management services to federal agencies. The acquisition is an add-on to expand ARETUM's cloud enablement, agile/DevOps, and legacy modernization capabilities for Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and other federal clients.

(OTC: XALL) has acquired Artemis Defense Technologies UK Ltd., a developer of uncrewed (unmanned) systems and autonomous defense technologies, which will become the first subsidiary in Xalles' newly created Security business group. The acquisition expands Headlands' global footprint to 13 clinical trial sites and adds Artemis' expertise across psychiatry, neurology, vaccine and medical device trials while supporting Headlands' commitment to diversity in clinical trial enrollment.
