Tulcan, a Houston-based private equity firm, completed a majority investment in A Greater Austin Development (AGADCO), a Central/South Texas civil concrete construction firm. As part of the transaction founder Bobby Finley will retire and management (led by CEO Kerry Collins) will take a meaningful ownership stake while Finley remains on the board.
