Xalles Holdings Acquires Artemis Defense Technologies

Xalles Holdings Inc. (OTC: XALL) has acquired Artemis Defense Technologies UK Ltd., a developer of uncrewed (unmanned) systems and autonomous defense technologies, which will become the first subsidiary in Xalles' newly created Security business group. The transaction brings Artemis' AI-enabled autonomy, rapid-prototyping and consulting capabilities into Xalles as the company pursues expansion into U.S. defense initiatives and international defense programs.
