Xceedance Acquires CIS Claim Services from CIS Group

Xceedance has acquired CIS Claim Services, the claims business of CIS Group, adding 155 team members and expanding its specialized property claims capabilities to include ADR, litigated claims management, and a broader field adjuster network. The deal expands Xceedance's claims platform and complements its desk and virtual adjusting, TPA services, and claims administration offerings for carriers and MGAs.
