Xerox Acquires ITsavvy for $400 Million

Xerox Holdings agreed to acquire ITsavvy, an Oak Brook, Illinois-based provider of integrated IT infrastructure solutions and services, for $400 million (including $180 million cash and $220 million in secured promissory notes). The deal was expected to close in Q4 2024 and is described as subject to customary regulatory approvals/clearance until completion.
