Xerox Completes Acquisition of Lexmark in $1.5 Billion Deal

Xerox Holdings has completed its $1.5 billion acquisition of Lexmark International from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital, and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre. The combination expands Xerox’s print and managed print services portfolio and strengthens its global manufacturing, distribution, and end-to-end workplace solutions offering.
