Xylem (NYSE: XYL) completed its acquisition of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (NYSE: AQUA) in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $7.5 billion. The deal combines Xylem’s water technology portfolio with Evoqua’s mission-critical water treatment solutions and services to create a scaled global platform serving utilities and industrial/commercial end markets.
