NSC Technologies Acquires Staffing Resources, Inc. and ULG Companies, LLC

NSC Technologies, a portfolio company backed by White Wolf Capital, has acquired two Indiana-based staffing firms — Staffing Resources, Inc. and ULG Companies, LLC — as add-on acquisitions to expand its Midwest footprint and broaden its industrial and maritime staffing capabilities. The deals are intended to consolidate NSC’s presence in the maritime/naval shipbuilding and repair markets and to grow its light industrial business.

Titan Acquisition Holdings Acquires Huntington Ingalls' San Diego Shipyard

Titan Acquisition Holdings, a PE-backed ship repair and fabrication platform formed by The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Management, has signed an agreement to acquire Huntington Ingalls Industries' San Diego Shipyard. The acquisition expands Titan's ship repair capabilities and geographic footprint in a major U.S. naval port to better serve defense and commercial maritime customers; closing is expected in Q2 and financial terms were not disclosed.

NSC, based in Greenville, South Carolina, provides nationwide point-of-sale field repair, managed services and professional services to multi-unit retail and restaurant operators. The transaction expands NewBold's service capabilities and national footprint in POS and in-store technology for multi-unit operators.
